As the pandemic unfolded thousands of patients stopped their non-COVID-related care. So we launched a massive campaign to remind potential patients that the best care in the world was ready and waiting at UCLA Health.

Over the course of 18 months we launched over 20 campaigns promoting specialty care at UCLA Health from parathyroid surgery, to cardiac care, gynecologic cancer treatment and more. We developed a smart, empathetic and direct voice for UCLA Health; leaving behind medical jargon and overly complicated messages.

We developed hundreds of ad variations so we could test messages and audiences to uncover what really matters to patients as they make healthcare decisions. Our landing pages were continually optimized and our success was measured in appointments booked and lives changed.
